Description
The Engineer Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex engineering projects and programs. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet strategic objectives, technical requirements, and budget/timeline constraints. The Engineer Program Manager oversees project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting to drive execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering programs, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business leaders to understand requirements, align priorities, and define project scope
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, Gantt charts, dashboards, and other tracking tools
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate project status, and escalate blockers as needed
- Manage project resources, budgets, and vendor/contractor relationships
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and processes to drive consistency and efficiency
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team on project management techniques

- $90K – $110K
